By downloading or using RapidOptimizer you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or running RapidOptimizer you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

These terms govern your use of the RapidOptimizer application ("Software"), this website, and any related services provided by Chamika Samaraweera / Team Infinity ("we", "us", "our").

License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RapidOptimizer on Windows 10 or Windows 11 machines that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.

The Software is distributed under the Apache License 2.0 for the compiled binaries. Source code is proprietary and is not provided or licensed.

  • You may install the Software on multiple machines you personally own.
  • You may not redistribute the Software without explicit written permission.
  • You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to another party.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile the Software or attempt to extract source code, algorithms, or trade secrets.
Circumvent license verification — patching, cracking, or bypassing the license check is a material breach and may result in legal action.
Redistribute modified binaries or bundle the Software with other products without prior written consent.
Use the Software maliciously — any use that harms other users, violates applicable law, or is intended to damage systems is strictly prohibited.
Impersonate or misrepresent the Software as your own product or remove any copyright or attribution notices.

License Keys

Certain features of RapidOptimizer require a valid paid license key. License keys are issued per-user and are non-transferable.

  • Sharing your license key with others is a violation of these terms.
  • We reserve the right to revoke keys that are found to be shared or used fraudulently without refund.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Software will meet your specific requirements.
  • The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Any results obtained from use of the Software will be accurate or reliable.

System-level operations (registry edits, service changes, power plan switches) alter your Windows configuration. Use these features with care. We are not responsible for instability or data loss resulting from their use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chamika Samaraweera and Team Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or hardware damage, arising from your use of the Software.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license key in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Updates & Changes to Terms

We may release updates to the Software from time to time. Updates may introduce new features, fix bugs, or modify existing behaviour. You are encouraged to keep the Software up to date.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under this license terminate automatically without notice if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to license validation servers at any time for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
